Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These terms ("the Terms") govern your use of Moidello, a site that publishes outfits and shows where the pieces in them can be bought. By using the service you accept the Terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. The service

All outfits on Moidello are selected and published by Moidello. The pieces in each outfit are tagged and link to third-party retailers. Moidello does not sell any products; a purchase is made directly with the retailer, on the retailer's terms.

The service is provided as is. Features may change, be added or be removed without prior notice.

3. User accounts

You can browse Moidello without an account. An account is needed to save and like outfits and pieces, to organise saved outfits into collections and to post comments.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You may not transfer your account to anyone else. You can delete your account at any time in your account settings.

4. Comments

Comments are shown publicly on the outfit page together with your display name. You retain ownership of what you write, but you grant Moidello a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display it within the service for as long as it is published. You can delete your own comments at any time.

You may not post comments that:

• are unlawful, misleading, harassing or offensive
• infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights
• promote copies, counterfeits or knock-offs
• contain advertising, spam or links to malware or scams
• contain personal data about other people

5. Links to retailers

Links to retailers take you away from Moidello. Some of them may be affiliate links, which means Moidello may receive a commission if you make a purchase. This does not change the price you pay.

Moidello is not responsible for retailers' products, prices, availability, delivery or returns, or for the content of their websites. Prices and availability shown on Moidello may be out of date; the retailer's site applies.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service in a way that harms it or other users, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or collecting content in bulk through automated means without our permission.

7. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on Moidello infringes your copyright, trademark or other right, you can report it to hello@moidello.com.

A report should include:

• a link to the content believed to infringe
• a description of the right that has been infringed
• your contact details and a statement that the information is accurate

We review reports without undue delay, normally within five business days, and remove content that, on a first assessment, appears to infringe. If a comment is removed, its author is informed and may respond if they believe the removal was in error.

8. Moderation

Moidello reserves the right to remove comments and to restrict or suspend accounts that breach the Terms, with no obligation to compensate. Reported comments are reviewed within a reasonable time. Accounts that repeatedly breach the Terms may be permanently suspended without prior warning.

9. Intellectual property

Moidello, the logo, trademarks, the platform's design and the content Moidello publishes belong to Moidello or are used with permission. Brand names and product names belong to their respective owners. Nothing in the Terms transfers any rights to you beyond the right to use the service under these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Moidello is not liable for indirect damages, lost income or damages arising from interruptions, errors or loss of data.

11. Changes

The Terms may be updated. Account holders are informed of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

Swedish law applies to the Terms. Disputes are settled by the Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
